Nigerian airline ValueJet has launched VIKI, an AI-powered digital concierge that transforms passenger experience.
VIKI is a multilingual, text- and voice-enabled AI assistant accessible via WhatsApp and Telegram, allowing passengers to book and manage flights, check-in, and receive real-time updates.
“VIKI is more than a digital tool, she’s a symbol of our ambition to build smarter, safer, and more seamless experiences for travellers across Africa,” said Capt. Omololu Majekodunmi, Managing Director of ValueJet.
ValueJet is the first airline in Africa to deploy an AI concierge of this scale, addressing challenges in speed, convenience, and accessibility.
