Ojajuni
The National President of the Afenifere National Youths Council, Prince Eniola Joseph Ojajuni, has been kidnapped in Abuja.
According to a statement by the group’s National Secretary, Abiodun Aderohunmu, Ojajuni was abducted on Monday, February 17, 2025, and his kidnappers are demanding a ransom of N100 million.
“During the kidnapping, Prince Ojajuni sustained a bullet wound on his buttock. We are deeply concerned about his safety and well-being and urge the kidnappers to release him unharmed,” Aderohunmu said.
He described Ojajuni as a strong advocate for youth empowerment and called on security agencies to take immediate action for his safe return. A member of the group confirmed that the kidnappers insist on receiving the full ransom.
Authorities have yet to confirm if there were any other casualties during the incident.
