As stakeholders push selfcare as foundation of Nigeria’s health system
Policymakers, healthcare leaders, corporate bodies, creatives and community advocates will converge at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, on September 8 and 9, 2026, for the 3rd edition of the D’Bio Wellness & Selfcare Summit themed: “The Selfcare Ecosystem: Connecting the Pillars of Health.”
Organized by D’Bio Wellness & Selfcare Hub and chaired by His Royal Majesty, Igwe (Pharm.) Alexander Uzodinma Onyido, the two-day summit will feature a keynote by Pharm. Olayinka Subair, FPSN, FNAPharm, alongside panel sessions, exhibitions and networking focused on physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritual wellbeing.
Ahead of the summit, D’Bio has launched “Expression Phase”, a one-month creative campaign with Playmode Music, Trace TV, Swypatune and Paparazi, inviting rappers, singers and poets to use music to speak openly about mental health, grief, addiction and everyday struggles.
Convener, Dr. Monica Hemben Eimunjeze, FPSN, FNAPharm*, said “Selfcare is not a luxury—it is a necessity for healthier individuals, stronger families, productive workplaces, and resilient communities.”
Registration, sponsorship and exhibition slots are now open.
