Kinsmen spoil to recall Natasha

By Emmanuel Jimmy

Ebira indigenes from Kogi Central Senatorial District have reaffirmed their support for the recall of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, rejecting claims that the move lacks backing from the majority of constituents.

In a statement on Thursday, the Kogi Central Elites Forum, led by Alhaji Ibrahim Ibrahim and Prince Akerejola Johnson, described the senator’s actions as an embarrassment that had attracted international attention.

They clarified that the recall process was fully driven by the people, not the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and urged Nigerians to ignore what they called deliberate mischief from Akpoti-Uduaghan’s camp.

The group accused the senator of disrespecting the Senate’s rules and urged her to return home to learn the basics of representation, insisting the recall would proceed as planned.
